Term & Service for Gamemate.ai

By accessing and using Gamemate.ai ("Application"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using the Application's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

A-Ware reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the Application will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by A-Ware and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

A-Ware will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contracts, goodwill, data, information, income, anticipated savings, or business relationships, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Application or any linked applications.

If any of the services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless A-Ware, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.
